What we do
How we help
Client led activities
At our skills hub, our main priority is the needs and interests of our clients. Our client centred approach means we actively involve everyone in shaping the activities offered within the hub, helping keep them relevant and engaging. Clients can take part in a wide range of activities to maintain existing skills and build new ones.
Life skills and confidence
We understand that moving from education into the real world can feel daunting. Our skills hub provides a supportive environment where clients can build confidence and adaptability. Whether developing practical life skills or preparing for the workplace, we provide the guidance and support needed to help clients grow in independence.
Community and individual support
We offer both group activities and support for individual needs. Personal daily plans are put together for each client, with activities to suit their needs. Oak Lodge also describes the hub as a friendly and engaging group where clients can socialise, learn, improve social skills, get out of the house, and make friends.
